I don't have a lot to add about ALS yet because this is a new journey we're on. Looking forward to learning more about it and advice from those who know a little about it.

My husband started with the symptom of weakness and cramping in his feet. He is basically wheelchair bound all the time now. I am his current caretaker and will be as long as I can. We've been told and read, the longer it progresses the less he will be able to use any of his limbs.  It's scary just thinking about what we are facing.
