As a new person dealing with disabilities and handicap parking, I forgot to put the placard up in the windshield when I parked and took husband into the Doctor. Evidently it really got under the skin of a lady who parked beside me after we had already gone in.  Not only did she leave an ugly note under my windshield wiper, she waited until we returned to our vehicle so she could give us a glare and hold her placard up to the window and giving it a shake. I hope her seeing that we were indeed needful of the handicap parking, made her feel ashamed of her behavior. Even though she didn't have the courtesy to apologize for note or glare. Some people amaze me by how they act.
